Seems like this project is come up with very good facility in nashik with lots of trees. which is most important.

I have been to Samraat Tropicano, a beautiful project with class amenities.Always unique architectural concepts by Samraat group. It is always Samraat with best show standards in property expo. I haven’t visited Samraat Amozon yet, but soon I will. Just the thing I wish was, tall buildings in this project. Good affordable flats with enough amenities and security. Good quality construction and finishing. The brands used for tiles, glass, plumbing, and electric wiring, etc. are good. I do like it. Shops will make the living easy for the residents, and the shopkeepers will also have a good customer base.
Good facilities, Sai Baba temple, garden, security. Nearby grocery, vegetable, and chicken shop. Community is good and cooperative.
